We understand that while all dentists are qualified to practice, not all of them will have experienced with specialists equipment. Our recruitment specialist always ask our clients for specific details about the practice including any and all equipment they would need their potential employee to have experience in. Similarly when sourcing and screening our candidates we have them complete detailed application forms including sections in which they have to specify what equipment they have experience in and our confident in using.

We even check if the candidate is Left Handed or Right Handed as we understand it could determine how the practice would need to be set up to suit them when performing surgery.

Our specialists curate the process for different graduates from all different education and career backgrounds. This includes NHS Graduates in the UK, EEA Dental School Graduates, all the way to Overseas Graduates eager to work in the UK. We also provide them with the clearest route for them to take in order to meet the requirements to work in certain practices as well as the required qualifications in order to work in the UK in various positions.
