Associate Dentist - Portree

Salary: 55% revenue split, estimated as much as £100’000

About the Practice:

Our client, a respectable dental practice in Portree on the West Coast of Scotland, is seeking an experience & qualified Associate Dentist to join their team. The practice is equipped with advanced technology, including Digital X-Rays, Intraoral Cameras and OPT. Our clients practice is a mixed practice working with both NHS and Private patients. They also specialise in treatments such as Orthodontics and Oral Surgery with a large focus on patient care.

Role Highlights:

· Revenue Structure: 55% revenue split, with an expected annual income up to £100,000 based on performance and caseload.

. NHS Renumeration up to £9000 for remote area allowance.

. Full Time - Permanent Contract

. Full VISA Sponsorship available if required.

· Working week: Monday to Friday; 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour lunch break between 1:00pm - 2:00pm

· Provide high-quality dental care for both NHS and private patients, ensuring patient satisfaction and maintaining our standards of clinical excellence.

· Work collaboratively within a supportive team to contribute to a positive patient experience.

· Stay updated on the latest dental practices and techniques, continuously enhancing patient care.

· Ensure a constant patient-focused approach to the care you provide with commercial awareness with strong & constant communication between both patients and other practice members.

Candidate Requirements:

· GDC Registration.

· NHS list number.

. Minimum of 1 years experience working in Associate Dentistry.

. UK or EU Dental Degree.

. Overseas Dental Degree with ORE / LDS.

. IELTS Required

. Native English Speaker

. Strong Communication Skills

. Team Player
